When you use this website or our services, Veronix Group acts as the data controller responsible for your personal information. What information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact and identity details — your name and email address when you submit a free trial request or purchase a service.
• Product assets — product images and videos you upload, or links to hosted files (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive), along with product category and any creative notes or preferences you provide.
• Brand brief information — brand name, website URL, brand description, and additional notes you supply after completing a purchase, to enable us to deliver your creative project.
• Payment information — processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details ourselves.
• Usage data — collected automatically through Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on site, device type, and general location data.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to deliver and manage your order, communicate with you about your project, send order confirmations and delivery notifications, improve our services based on usage patterns, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your product images or email address for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR: performance of a contract (to deliver the service you have purchased or requested); legitimate interests (to operate and improve our services, prevent fraud, and maintain security); and consent (where we send optional marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time).

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate LABS:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (order confirmations and project notifications). Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare — cloud storage for uploaded product images and assets via Cloudflare R2. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Google Analytics — website analytics. This service uses cookies to collect anonymised usage data. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Each of these services processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) framework, adequacy decisions, or equivalent safeguards recognised by the ICO.

Data retention

We retain your email address and order information for up to 7 years to comply with UK financial and tax record-keeping requirements. Product images and brand brief information you provide are retained for 30 days after delivery of your order, after which they are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at support@veronixlabs.com.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data where we have no legal obligation to retain it; object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances; and request a portable copy of your data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint if you believe we have not handled your data lawfully.
